Honeywell is seeking a Sr HR Project Management Specialist to oversee HR initiatives and governance from our Mexico location in San Luis Potosí. This hybrid role partners with HR leadership, digital HR, and global stakeholders to drive service excellence and scalable HR support processes.

You will shape HR case management, optimize workflows, and lead continuous improvement across payroll, benefits, and data services, with a focus on compliant, customer-centered delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, PM, industrial eng, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, service delivery, PM, governance or CI.
• Experience with case management platforms and service management tools.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, audits and process performance.
• Strong PM and organizational skills; advanced analytical ability.
• Excellent English communication; ability to influence across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern global HR case management within ServiceNow.
• Manage HR Services workflows, routing, and operating standards.
• Maintain clear HR service catalog and up-to-date offerings.
• Lead governance for HR case management processes worldwide.
• Monitor SLAs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs and VoE data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Digital HR and technical teams for ServiceNow enhancements.
• Identify automation/AI opportunities to improve HR delivery.
• Ensure compliant data privacy and governance across regions.
• Present performance metrics and risks to senior stakeholders.
