Job summary

ProTrans International Holdings in San Luis Potosí, MX is seeking a Supervisor of Crossdock Operations to oversee daily flows and optimize distribution within the crossdock facility.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinate with transportation, and ensure safety and efficiency through data-driven improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, bilingual English/Spanish, and WMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse or crossdock operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehousing processes, including inventory and shipment coordination.
• Proficiency in using WMS and basic computer applications.
• Must be expert level in English & Spanish; ability to communicate with team and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily crossdock operations to ensure efficient handling and transfer of goods.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to synchronize inbound and outbound shipments.
• Monitor safety compliance and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to productivity.
• Maintain records of inventory movement and report metrics to management.
• Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize delays and satisfy customers.
