Nearshore Business Solutions in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Cross Dock Supervisor to lead warehouse operations on-site. You will oversee inbound and outbound freight, coordinate with 3PL partners, and resolve operational issues on the warehouse floor.

The role requires 2+ years of supervision experience, strong WMS knowledge (Körber preferred), and excellent communication with customers, carriers, and suppliers.

Formación

• 2+ years in warehouse supervision, cross-dock or logistics.
• Hands-on with WMS; Körber WMS preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics portals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and 3PL partners.
• Ability to identify and resolve shipping discrepancies quickly.
• Attention to detail in freight, docs, and inventory records.

Responsabilidades

• Execute receiving and shipping in the Warehouse Management System.
• Verify freight against packing lists, bills of lading, and manifests.
• Coordinate daily workflows with 3PL warehouse personnel.
• Manage outbound shipment coordination per carrier schedules.
• Serve as point of contact for discrepancies and damaged freight.
• Maintain paperwork, records, shipment photos for non-compliant shipments.
• Monitor cross-dock lanes, trailer activity, and KPIs to ensure timely operations.
