Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, logistics/warehousing training preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse or crossdock ops; 1+ year supervisory.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing processes incl. inventory and shipment coordination.
• Proficiency with WMS and basic computer applications.
• Expert level in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

• Supervise and coordinate daily crossdock operations.
• Lead a team of warehouse associates: scheduling, training, evaluations.
• Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to sync shipments.
