Empresaconfidencial in Mexico is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will lead cross-functional teams and guide projects from planning through execution to boost productivity and efficiency.

The role requires a strong track record in Value Stream Mapping, 5S, TPM tools, and practical problem solving using Ishikawa, 5 Why, and SMED. Automotive or heavy industry experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, reliability, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Plan and initiate lean projects across functions to improve productivity and meet goals.
• Lead improvement projects applying standardized work, 5S, VSM, layout design and problem-solving tools.
