Advanced Energy Management Limited in Mexicali seeks a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive transformation across manufacturing processes and teams. You will challenge processes, lead CI projects and coordinate with leadership to align with business goals.

The role requires 7+ years in CI, Lean Six Sigma, and strong data-driven problem solving, with a focus on productivity, quality, and safety. You’ll mentor teams and communicate across the organization globally.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience coordinating CI projects.
• 7+ years of experience as engineering team leader.
• 6 sigma Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt desirable).
• 6 sigma Lean Manufacturing certification.
• Statistical data analysis experience is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Challenge teams to enhance the performance of their processes.
• Coordinate, track, and provide status updates on CI projects and assess progress.
• Support CI roadmap and communicate issues affecting the CI program.
• Guide CI teams on organizational strategies to improve process effectiveness.
• Interact with leadership and internal/external stakeholders to align CI with business goals.
