Empresa Confidencial is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader with a strong Lean and Six Sigma background to drive productivity across multiple functions. You will plan lean projects, guide change processes, and mentor teams to adopt standardized methods.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing operations or reliability, with hands-on experience in value stream mapping, SMED, 5S, and Kaizen events. Fluency in leading cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, reliability, industrial systems, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience implementing Value Stream Map, Quick Change over methods & Kaizen Events.
• Experience in Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements, utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, communicated and explained, understood and accepted, implemented and developed.
• Planning and initiating of lean projects and change processes across multiple functions to improve productivity and meet productivity goals.
• Lead of improvement projects with the use of lean methodology e.g. (Standardized Work, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Layout Design, TPM Tools, Problem solving tools like Ishikawa, 5 why, SMED, etc.)
