Flex is seeking a Continuous Improvement specialist with expertise in metrology to join our manufacturing operations in Mexico. You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, analyze measurement systems, and lead Kaizen workshops to optimize processes and reduce waste.

The role requires at least 3 years in metrology-related improvement work, a Bachelor’s in Engineering, and intermediate English. Electronics manufacturing knowledge is a plus, and cross-functional collaboration is essential for

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement in roles related to Metrology.
• knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Experience with metrology analysis, statistical process control and quality systems.
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a change agent and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Drive waste elimination, variation reduction and process optimization.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops.
• Develop and validate process standards and best practices.
• Analyze metrology test results and measurement system performance.
• Lead metrology laboratory and component performance validation activities.
• Apply statistical analysis and quality methodologies.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing teams.
• Deliver Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching.
