Job summary

Super Group is seeking a CRM Executive to optimise the customer lifecycle for our Sports & Casino brands. You will design and execute campaigns, analyse data with Tableau, and collaborate with compliance, analytics, and creative teams to deliver targeted promotions that drive retention and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM campaigns for retention and lifecycle across markets.
• Analyze customer data with Tableau dashboards to spot trends.
• Manage projects from planning through execution and reporting.
• Coordinate content creation with the creative team.
• Keep Betway site up to date across platforms.
• Troubleshoot automated communications and workflows.
• Liaise with external providers on game releases and promos.
• Manage multi‑channel communications (email, SMS, push, in‑app).
• Profile players to create targeted segments and offers.
• Collaborate with Compliance/CRMX on new workflows.
• Create automated reports with Analytics and Reporting teams.
