Eaton's CRM Accounting Supervisor in Querétaro leads the Accounting Processes for GFSS, coordinating month-end closes, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring SOX and internal audit compliance.

You will supervise a team of professionals, drive ad hoc financial projects, and coordinate audits with external firms, while upholding ethical standards and delivering accurate financial reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in general accounting and supervising teams.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Accounting Processes for the GFSS.
• Conduction of the monthly closing process, review and approve journal entries.
• Maintain SOX and Internal Audit compliance as required.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reviews.
• Supervise the year-end Mexico compliance and financial reporting.
• Manage and champion ad hoc projects as needed.
• Coordinate Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits with external firms.
• Treasury, Grid Note & ZBA; review correct recording in ledgers.
• Ensure process T&E expense reports.
• Develops the financial function and personnel into customer-oriented professionals.

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a CRM Accounting Supervisor.

What You'll Do

Responsible to lead and supervise the Accounting Processes for the GFSS, including management and coordination of supporting team. Conduction of the monthly closing process, review and approve journal entries, Maintain SOX and Internal Audit compliance as required. Perform monthly balance sheet reviews. Supervise the year-end Mexico compliance and financial reporting. Manage and champion ad hoc projects as needed.

• Supervise the monthly closing process including OTC, PTP and RTR
• Coordinate the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits with the external audit firms
• Treasury, Grid Note & ZBA. Review correct recording in Operational and Corporate ledgers.
• Ensure process T&E expense reports
• Electronic Accounting. Support and give information in time and form
• Develops the financial function and personnel into customer-oriented professionals.
• Review performance metrics and give feedback to employees in time and form (1:1)
• Ensures that ethical standards are maintained in a manner that accrues maximum benefit to Eaton.
• Provides guidance on training and education of accounting professionals in the area.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment, dauly 5's and use of CI tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Requires minimum 3 year of experience in general accounting area and supervising teams of +5 people.
• Advanced english
• Experience with MRP and other systems, such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects simultaneously, Intercompany process
• Strong Communication
