Eaton Corporation is seeking a CRM Accounting Supervisor in Querétaro to lead the accounting team within the GFSS. You will oversee monthly closings, journal entries, and ensure SOX compliance while coordinating audits with external firms.

The role requires strong English skills and experience with ERP systems (MRP, Oracle or SAP). You will drive continuous improvements and mentor a team of accounting professionals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting and supervising teams of 5+
• Advanced English skills
• Experience with MRP and systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects simultaneously
• Intercompany processes

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise Accounting Processes for GFSS
• Manage monthly closing and balance sheet reviews
• Review and approve journal entries; ensure SOX compliance
• Coordinate internal control audits and statutory audits
• Oversee year-end Mexico financial reporting
• Drive ad hoc projects and process improvements
• Maintain accurate ledgers and timely information for management
• Provide training and feedback to accounting staff

Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a CRM Accounting Supervisor.

What you’ll do:

Responsible to lead and supervise the Accounting Processes for the GFSS, including management and coordination of supporting team. Conduction of the monthly closing process, review and approve journal entries, Maintain SOX and Internal Audit compliance as required. Perform monthly balance sheet reviews. Supervise the year-end Mexico compliance and financial reporting. Manage and champion ad hoc projects as needed.

• A. Supervise the monthly closing process including OTC, PTP and RTR
• B. Coordinate the Internal Control Audit and Statutory Audits with the external audit firms
• C. Treasury, Grid Note & ZBA. Review correct recording in Operational and Corporate ledgers.
• D. Ensure process T&E expense reports
• E. Electronic Accounting. Support and give information in time and form
• F. Develops the financial function and personnel into customer-oriented professionals.
• G. Review performance metrics and give feedback to employees in time and form (1:1)
• H. Ensures that ethical standards are maintained in a manner that accrues maximum benefit to Eaton.
• I. Provides guidance on training and education of accounting professionals in the area.
• J. Maintain safe, clean working environment, dauly 5´s and use of CI tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
