Job summary

Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a Credit Management Analyst to support healthy cash flow by managing receivables, credit risk, and overdue accounts while strengthening customer relationships.

You will coordinate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve disputes, assess creditworthiness, and guide decisions on credit limits and blocked orders. The role offers growth in credit management and exposure to SAP and Excel in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, collections, or a comparable finance role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for credit risk & disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and receivables to support timely payment and cash flow.
• Assess customer credit risk and analyze creditworthiness for limits and releases.
• Partner with customers, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve disputes.
• Analyze overdue balances and aging trends to identify root causes and action.
• Maintain accurate credit and collection records and optimize processes.
