Schreiber Foods Mexico is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to execute credit and collection policies, safeguard assets, and improve collections across MEX and international customers.

You will assess credit risk, set terms, monitor receivables, partner with Sales and Customer Service, and drive working capital efficiency while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and adherence to company guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance or related field.
• English Advanced (B2 - C1).
• Understand global credit policies and procedures to safeguard accounts receivable.
• Corporate credit and collections experience is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Understand global credit policies and procedures to safeguard accounts receivable.
• Assess credit risk of new US and/or international customers through collection and review/ analysis of the customer credit application, credit reports, financial statements or ratios, internet data, and other sources.
• Continually assess the credit terms and limits for established customers; modify as appropriate.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and customer payment trends; pursue timely collection actions.
• Understand performance metrics and use data to drive results.
• Partner with Customer Service to manage deductions and provide recommendations on collections.
• Maintain systems related to Oracle and Trade Management; participate in upgrades and patches.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and educate teams on risk and payment terms.
• Represent Credit on cross-functional teams and support Company initiatives.
