Danfoss GmbH is seeking a Finance Intern in Querétaro, Mexico to support the Credit Management team in recovering overdue accounts and reducing bad debt, helping safeguard cash flow and customer relations.

You will work with senior analysts and account managers, gain exposure to credit management processes, audits, and reporting, and develop skills in SAP, finance operations, and compliance.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Business, Administration, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in finance or credit management is desirable, but not required.
• Skills in SAP, account receivables, negotiation, analysis, and customer service are an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Business Units, and Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Support collection activities by sending balance statements, reconciling accounts, and uploading invoices to customer portals.
• Prepare overdue and bad debt reports, and track special topics with senior analysts.
• Assist in resolving disputes and coordinating with Customer Service and account managers.
• Perform SOX controls, provide documentation for audits, and manage proof of delivery for collections.
• Update SAP and BI reports to maintain accurate customer and portfolio data.
