Job summary

Danfoss in Mexico is seeking a Credit Management Analyst to support healthy customer relationships and cash flow by managing receivables, credit risk, and overdue accounts.

You’ll work with customers and internal Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve payment issues, assess creditworthiness, and help make informed credit decisions, while identifying root causes of overdue balances and improving credit processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or a comparable finance role.
• Strong professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, especially for credit risk.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and receivables by following up on open and overdue items.
• Assess customer credit risk and analyze creditworthiness to support decisions on credit limits and release of blocked orders.
• Partner with customers, Sales, and Customer Service to investigate disputes and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze overdue balances and aging trends to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate credit and collection records while identifying opportunities to improve processes.
