Job summary

Fronius México is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Monterrey, Nuevo León. You will manage credit and collections processes, verify invoices, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate postings in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, is proficient in Excel, comfortable with English, and willing to travel as needed to serve our diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excel knowledge (70-80% proficiency).
• Intermediate to Advanced English (Advanced level preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure portfolio recovery on time.
• Verify that invoices have been uploaded to customer portals and comply with customer requirements.
• Track and resolve outstanding collection issues.
• Collaborate with the finance team in the identification and application of deposits in the ERP system.
• Send account statements and ensure clients receive them in a timely manner.
• Prepare and follow up on clients' credit applications with the credit insurance company.
• Generate payment complements and complete all customer-required procedures to ensure their correct receipt and processing.
• Prepare periodic reports, statistical data, and support accounting activities as required.
