HP is seeking a Credit and Collection Analyst in Mexico to assess customer credit limits and risk, manage delinquency strategies, and support dispute resolution with data-driven insights. The role requires handling an Access database, reviewing audits, and negotiating initial payments with customers and sales teams.

Excellent analytical and collaboration skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in credit/collections, a business or finance degree, and knowledge of SQL and risk

Formación

• Formal education in business/economics/finance or comparable experience.
• Experience in credit/collection domains is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates and provides recommendations on customer credit limits and risk rating based on credit scores.
• Analyzes high-risk customers and devises account strategies to proactively prevent delinquencies.
• Creates and maintains an Access database on deficiency accounts and collection activities.
• Reviews internal audit reports daily to ensure payments are allocated correctly and conducts research to resolve discrepancies.
• Negotiates on initial payments with customers and sales personnel.
• Supports the dispute resolution procedures with internal counterparts, ensuring thorough issue tracking and resolution for both organization and customer.
• Ensures payments are collected in a timely manner and resolves issues preventing payment.
• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports based on data analysis and research.
• Works independently on moderate scope problems following company policies and procedures.
