HP's Global Direct Collections team in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico, is seeking a Collections Analyst II to help drive cash flow and strengthen customer relationships across a diverse portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Order Management, Credit and Finance to resolve disputes, accelerate payments, and improve end-to-end Quote-to-Cash performance while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit, Customer Service, Finance Operations, or related areas.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable, collections practices, and basic financial principles.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive timely collection of receivables.
• Develop relationships with Accounts Payable teams to improve payment performance.
• Analyze aging balances, payment trends, and account health to identify risks and opportunities.
• Investigate and resolve disputes with Sales, Order Management, Credit, Customer Operations, and Finance.
• Lead discussions to address blockers, negotiate resolution plans, and set timelines.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing, invoicing, PO, and payment discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to balance cash objectives with customer relations.
• Escalate critical issues to senior leadership and provide visibility into risks.
• Identify process improvements to enhance collections and efficiency using reporting tools.
