WITHIN is hiring a Creative Account Manager in Mexico City to run the day-to-day for a book of consumer brand clients, ensuring on-time delivery and scope compliance.

You will lead creative rounds across static, video and UGC, manage contract scope, and drive growth within existing accounts, using AI to speed briefs and insights.

This is an in-office role based in Mexico City, requiring 3–5 years in account management and collaboration with global partners.

Formación

• 3–5 years of account management experience with creative teams
• Consumer brand experience (DTC, retail, ecommerce)
• Has shipped paid social and digital creative for Meta, TikTok and YouTube
• Direct client relationship management experience
• Demonstrates use of AI in daily work

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day client communication and relationship management for each account
• Lead end-to-end creative rounds: brief, feedback, revisions and delivery across static, video and UGC
• Define contract scope, turnaround commitments and overage terms; flag scope creep and price extra work
• Analyze creative performance with the media team and suggest next tests
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and build cases with the Account Director
• Leverage AI daily on briefs, feedback rollups, recaps and research
• Maintain clean project management with clearly owned tasks and due dates
