PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the Functional Foods Account Team and collaborate with the Creative team to ensure clear briefs, smooth workflows, and high-quality asset delivery for major brands.

You will manage senior stakeholders, drive process improvements, and expand the in-house creative service catalogue while leveraging AI tools to extract insights and improve decision-making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years in brand/marketing roles in a CPG company or worldwide agency.
• Experience managing agencies and brands; strong ownership of projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage direct reports.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the brand teams brief to the creative/design team.
• Lead an in-house creative Account team to deliver multiple creative versions of assets for the Brand.
• Build trust with brand marketing teams to drive efficiencies by bringing new projects in-house.
• Communicate objectives clearly to teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrates conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven, use AI tools to strengthen briefs and improve decision-making.
