WITHIN is seeking a Creative Project Manager to develop and refine project management skills, owning workflow from brief to delivery for internal teams and clients.

You will guide cross‑functional collaboration across Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, and Production, ensure timely updates, and help scale projects as the client portfolio grows. This role offers fully remote or hybrid options based in Mexico City and includes a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Knowledge of Asana
• Knowledge of creative development, production, and marketing

Responsabilidades

• Maintain PM tools/docs (Asana, Google Drive, status docs)
• AI integration
• Maintain transparent communication and updates across teams
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, etc.)
• Forecast problems and propose proactive solutions
• Oversee scalable project planning
• Manage designer/editor schedules and workflows
• Support occasional pitches for new business
• Take on a small client alongside Sr. PM on larger client
• Foster collaboration across LATAM, US hubs and distributed staff
