Job summary

DiDi Chuxing in Mexico City is seeking a Supply Operations Specialist to drive delivery experience improvements. You will diagnose issues across the delivery journey, set standards, and collaborate with Product to embed these into the system.

You will build training for vendors and couriers, enforce rules, and monitor progress with field validation and data-driven iteration to raise service quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery experience, fulfillment operations, or a comparable field.
• Grounded front-line execution ability: visit stations, run deliveries firsthand, and call on merchants.
• Strong user sensitivity: identify pain points from front-line observation and user feedback, not just dashboards.
• Solid data analysis capability: pull, break down, and attribute data; proficient with AI tools for productivity.
• English as working language; Spanish required for core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose poor experience across the delivery journey and identify root causes.
• Provide prioritization calls and define delivery standards and behavioral requirements.
• Build and enforce training systems for Vendors and couriers; define rules and liability standards.
• Track experience metrics, conduct spot checks and mystery shopping, and iterate standards and training.
