RADIALL S.A. is seeking a Machinery Maintenance Coordinator in Mexico to lead the maintenance program across units, optimizing resources and ensuring plan compliance. You will manage budgets, spare parts strategies, and supplier relationships to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, an engineering degree, and strong English proficiency. You will drive safety adherence, training, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (industrial, mechatronic, maintenance).
• 5+ years of relevant work experience, technical or managerial.
• Advanced English (B2) written and spoken.
• Skills in transformation support, steering team performance, ensuring communication with customers, suppliers, consultants and auditors.
• Ability to supervise departmental processes aligned with company goals.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and suitable production technologies for the product mix.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the maintenance program among units, ensuring resource allocation, priorities and plan compliance.
• Manage budget allocated to maintenance of machinery and equipment; oversee critical spare parts control to ensure availability.
• Ensure maintenance activities follow established quality and safety procedures.
• Define and manage critical spare parts stock levels; evaluate and select strategic suppliers for parts and services.
• Monitor and improve key maintenance indicators; analyze trends and present results.
• Identify staff training needs and provide appropriate training.
• Promote discipline, safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement culture.
• Monitor Maintenance Supervisors and allocate personnel/resources during conflicts.

The Machinery Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all Business Units have an effective maintenance strategy that maximizes the availability, reliability, and useful life of machinery and equipment, reducing unscheduled downtime and costs associated with failures.

• Coordinate and manage the maintenance program among the units , ensuring the allocation of resources, priorities and compliance with the plan.

• Manage the budget allocated to the maintenance of machinery and equipment, coordinating the identification and control of critical spare parts to ensure the availability of the equipment.

• Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established quality and safety procedures.

• Coordinate the definition and management of critical spare parts according to the program (analysis and adjustment of maximum and minimum safety stock levels), in addition to the evaluation and selection of strategic suppliers for spare parts and maintenance services.

• Monitor and improve key maintenance indicators, analyzing trends and presenting results.

• Identify the technical training needs of the staff and provide them with the appropriate training.

• Promote a culture of discipline, safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

• Monitor the performance of Maintenance Supervisors in the execution of the program, and prioritize the allocation of personnel and resources among units when there are availability conflicts.

KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree on Engineering (industrial, mechatronic, maintenance)

• Advanced-Level: 5+ years of relevant work experience, Technical or managerial experience

• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken. B2 Upper Intermediate

• Skills on support transformation, steer team's performance, ensure communication and relationship with customer, suppliers, consultants, auditors and other relevant stakeholders and General financial knowledge

• Skill ability to ensure control and supervision of departmental processes are oriented towards company goals

• Knowledge on manufacturing process to appropriate production technologies suitable for the product mix
