Siemens in Mexico is seeking a Finance/Billing Analyst to support the GBS Americas region. You will assist with sales order setup, billing processing, reconciliations, and monthly reporting while learning SAP-based processes. The role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and digitalization initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Successful candidates demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, with English proficiency at B2 level.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and SAP.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2).

Responsabilidades

• Support sales order setup, billing processing, credit memo creation, and invoice cancellations.
• Monitor monthly billing activities, investigate billing discrepancies, and perform reconciliations against budgeted and contracted values across the Americas region.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Maintain and analyze financial and controlling reports to support business decision-making.
• Execute monthly balance allocation and distribution activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to headcount, financial performance, and Budget vs. Forecast comparisons.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
