Job summary

Siemens GBS is seeking an entry-level finance professional to support billing operations for the Americas region. You will gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvements while collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields and possess basic to intermediate Excel and SAP skills with English at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Basic to intermediate Excel and SAP knowledge.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Support sales order setup, billing processing, credit memo creation, and invoice cancellations.
• Monitor monthly billing activities and reconciling against budgets and contracted values across the Americas.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Maintain and analyze financial and controlling reports to support decision-making.
• Execute monthly balance allocation and distribution activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to headcount, financial performance, and Budget vs. Forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
