Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support sales order setup, billing processing, credit memo creation, and invoice cancellations.
• Monitor monthly billing activities, investigate billing discrepancies, and perform reconciliations against budgeted and contracted values across the Americas region.
• Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Maintain and analyze financial and controlling reports to support business decision‑making.
• Execute monthly balance allocation and distribution activities.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to headcount, financial performance, and Budget vs. Forecast comparisons.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
