• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business or related field.
• Experience in order management within a control tower or shared services environment; telecom supply chain or reverse logistics (RMA) is an advantage.
• Strong SAP/ERP order management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Comfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools for monitoring, analytics and reporting; continuous improvement mindset and customer-focused attitude.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills; experience working with international or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor customer orders from creation to final delivery, ensuring accurate entry, validation and processing in SAP/ERP systems.
• Operate control tower dashboards to maintain real-time visibility of order flows, tracking KPIs and escalating risks or exceptions.
• Handle order changes, cancellations, backorders and shortages, coordinating with warehouses, repair centers, planners and other internal stakeholders.
• Perform SAP order operations (PO/SO management, goods receipt, invoice verification), supporting master data accuracy and alignment between purchase orders, receipts and deliveries.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve monitoring, reporting and exception management, and contribute to continuous improvement of order management processes.
