Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end execution of telecommunications deployment and construction activities.
• Act as the primary customer-facing operational lead for assigned projects and sites.
• Coordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to meet delivery commitments.
• Drive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and operational objectives.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
• Oversee planning, site readiness, construction activities, supplier performance, and rollout execution.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and OHS requirements.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive KPI management.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams across stakeholders.
