Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a Control and Reporting Analyst to support US GAAP reporting for France entities and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes under supervision. The role requires strong financial analysis, data validation, and collaboration with Shared Services to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

You will prepare balance sheet analyses, reconciliations, and contribute to tax reporting and forecasting activities while driving process improvements and standardization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance with 2–3 years of experience in Finance.
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong organization to manage reporting timelines.
• Strong collaboration skills with shared services and a solid understanding of US GAAP reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting data and supporting schedules.
• Perform US GAAP reconciliations and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Support balance sheet reviews and audits, and assist in tax reporting requirements.
