Job summary

PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking a Junior Financial Analyst to support Selling Expense planning and analysis. You will work with the SellEx Director and Finance teams to drive decisions, forecast, and report on regional performance.

The role requires basic P&L knowledge, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP, Business Objects, Essbase, Tableau or Power BI. English proficiency is essential for this level.’

Qualifications

• Experience with P&L and core financial planning.
• 0-1 years in finance and planning.
• Experience in financial analysis, data integrity and systems like SAP, Business Objects, Essbase.
• Tableau, Mosaic and/or Power BI user experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Capable of independent work and initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Support SellEx Director & Team to deliver the Selling Expense agenda for a specific region, account or Finance teams’ requirements.
• Leverage P&L knowledge to drive decisions.
• Provide support for period end close results and forecast preparation.
• Assist with development of selling expense targets by geography/client.
• Analyze performance vs Plan and Forecast including unsaleables and other indicators.
• Maintain reporting and analyze headcount, staffing, and go-to-market efficiency.
• Provide analytics for SellEx and FSV partners.
• Develop and manage forecast & AOP models, tools and reporting.
• Help administer regional budgets (e.g., Travel & Entertainment, Equipment).
• Coordinate with PO processing teams for payments and budgeting.
• Extract insights from automated SellEx Toolkit to drive focus.
• Work on customer initiatives to drive regional performance.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate results and insights.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance on ad-hoc projects.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment.
