IQVIA in Mexico City seeks an Associate to provide support for clinical systems applications, act as first line of technical issue resolution, ensure systems are set up, maintained, archived, and users trained. Work with systems staff and end users to optimize operations.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, QC checks, user training, ad hoc queries, reports, and involvement in system changes and UAT. The role demands a Bachelor's in Health or Biological sciences and 5–6 years SME

• Bachelor's degree in Health or Biological science required.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, implementation, validation, and maintenance of clinical system interfaces.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for system-related issues and enhancements.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to design, test, and implement system changes, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Create, maintain, review, and ensure adherence to SOPs, Work Instructions, and system setup documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks, identify and document quality issues, and recommend corrective actions to support data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure consistent utilization of designated clinical systems across projects.
• Develop and deliver training materials and programs on clinical systems for local, regional, and project teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching and communication regarding new procedures, system updates, and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge through required training and development.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for clinical systems and mentor staff.
• Lead or contribute to system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize advanced system expertise to generate ad hoc queries, reports, and metrics.
• Monitor project and regional financial and performance metrics, providing insights.
