IQVIA in Mexico City is seeking a Site Payments Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payments to clinical trial sites. You will participate in trial oversight meetings, set up country-specific fee templates, and coordinate with contract managers to reflect terms in budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or Finance, 2-4 years in site payments, fluent English, and strong Excel/Word skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of Site Payments experience.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) processes.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Process and monitor site payments ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate invoices against contracted terms and completed services.
• Coordinate with CTM/Contract managers on payment terms and amendments.
• Prepare payment letters and communicate payment processes to sites.
• Support accrual reporting and provide data documentation.
• Ensure GDPR data redaction when necessary.
