Turner & Townsend in Silao, Guanajuato, is seeking a Contract & Claim Manager to oversee contract execution, claims, and variations for large industrial projects. You will coordinate with Project Lead, PMO, Legal, Procurement and engineering teams to manage notices, change orders and payment certifications.

Minimum 3 years in contract and claims management (FIDIC) with strong English skills and a proven ability to mitigate risk while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract & claims management, especially under FIDIC.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee contract and communications management during execution.
• Lead claims oversight, drafting notices, and tracking resolutions.
• Manage changes, variations, and amendments with a systematic records approach.
• Monitor milestones, obligations, and progress against program and budget.
• Support negotiations for claims and disputes with Procurement and Legal teams.
• Oversee financial monitoring, bonds, and progress reporting.
