International Paper is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager at our Sheet Plant Chihuahua to lead CI initiatives and drive quality across manufacturing and safety programs.

You will work with supervisors and teams to optimize processes using reliability tools, support safety audits, and ensure adherence to OHSA/EPA and local regulations. Growth opportunities exist within a global company and ongoing leadership development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years experience manufacturing experience; preferably in a corrugated or converting environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, implementing and managing high performance work systems and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Establish an operating environment that embraces continuous improvement and lead quality systems management.
• Lead manufacturing and quality system enhancements with supervisors and operating teams.
• Support plant safety initiatives and safety audits, investigations, and orientation for new hires.
• Manage internal auditing processes.
• Monitor incident tracking and credits reporting.
• Participate in New Item processes, customer audits, and communications; understand customer quality testing and requirements.
