International Paper in Los Mochis, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead the plant operations, focusing on safety, productivity, housekeeping, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement. You will develop and execute the manufacturing business plan, oversee throughput, cost control, maintenance, quality and inventories, and ensure reliable methods are in place.

You will coach and engage teams, train employees, and advance performance reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, coordination, and competencies that guide the manufacturing team and processes in safety, productivity, housekeeping, customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness, and people systems; while promoting continuous improvement and reliable methods.
• Responsible for the development and achievement of the manufacturing business plan and overall cost effectiveness of the manufacturing operation.
• Monitor and direct the performance of all manufacturing activities including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control, and meeting budgeted production metrics, while ensuring that all safety reliable methods are in place.
• Implement and maintain systems to drive manufacturing improvements.
• Lead, coach, motivate and engage work teams to accomplish operational objectives.
• Ensure that all management, manufacturing, maintenance, and human resources systems are current and effectively utilized, and improved where possible.
• Actively involved in the development of employees through training, coaching, and performance review feedback.
