The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in CI plus frontline leadership experience, with Lean certifications valued. Expect a focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence within a global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement and 5+ years as an operational frontline leader.
• Lean certifications or equivalent training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify gaps in plant performance and develop future state plans to improve metrics.
• Lead and coach improvement teams across the plant using JCBS.
• Collaborate with leadership to create a CI roadmap balancing efficiency and customer-focused initiatives.
• Ensure ownership and timely execution of Kaizen, workshops, and improvement projects.
• Document learnings and propagate best practices across AHU plants.
