Cognizant Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Consulting Manager - IT Governance to establish and improve governance frameworks, policies, standards, and decision processes that help Digital teams deliver value while managing risk. You will work with the IT Governance / Enterprise Governance team and collaborate with client stakeholders.

The role focuses on governance framework maintenance, adoption training, AI governance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid work model

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in governance, PMO, enterprise architecture, or related fields.
• Experience supporting governance frameworks and policy mgmt.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional governance reviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate governance to processes.

Responsabilidades

• Governance Framework & Policy Management: maintain frameworks, policies, standards, and artifacts; manage reviews and communications.
• Governance Adoption & Continuous Improvement: develop onboarding materials; drive workshops and adoption.
• AI & Emerging Technology Governance: coordinate intake and governance reviews; monitor approvals.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Coordination: build partnerships across PMO and Digital stakeholders; coordinate across time zones.
