Cognizant Consulting in Mexico is seeking a Consulting Manager – PMO, Portfolio Governance to lead portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and governance for client initiatives.

You will partner with Finance, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery teams to optimize demand, capacity, and value realization while guiding junior team members. The role is hybrid, based in Mexico with flexible office locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, IT, project management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, PMO, or related disciplines.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Proven ability to create executive-level dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with knowledge of Agile and traditional delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the portfolio roadmap and planning calendar.
• Oversee demand intake, sizing, and capacity planning.
• Manage budgeting, funding requests, and forecasting.
• Deliver portfolio performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with executives and delivery teams for governance.
