Delinea seeks a Data Governance Manager in Mexico City to build and lead the governance function, covering account hierarchy, OFAC screening, and gatekeeping for account creation. The role emphasizes an AI-first operating model with human oversight for final data changes.

You will shape policy, build a team, define SLAs, and ensure data quality and compliance in a fast-growing security platform company.

Formación

• 5+ years in data governance or Salesforce data ops.
• 2+ years people management; building a new team.
• Experience with Salesforce data models and dedup tools.
• Familiarity with OFAC screening processes or ability to learn.
• Experience establishing SLAs and controls; SOX/IPO-readiness a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in AI/automation for data quality.
• Fluent English required; based in Mexico City.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and stand up Delinea's data governance policy covering account hierarchy structure, deduplication standards, and change control with stakeholders.
• Build, hire, and lead a Mexico City-based team of data governance analysts; define workflows and performance standards.
• Define SOPs for core data governance workflows.
• Own the accuracy of account hierarchy relationships in Salesforce; focus on Global, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts.
• Establish and maintain a single source-of-truth Delinea customer hierarchy with change controls.
• Eliminate and prevent account/contact duplication with proactive monitoring and remediation.
• Establish OFAC screening in the opportunity management process; ensure early screening before booking.
• Set SLAs for account research and creation turnaround times; monitor and improve throughput without sacrificing data quality.
• Adopt an AI-first approach to detection, matching, and research; reserve human review for final changes to transactional DBs.
