Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Basic communication skills.
• Hotel experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and telephone etiquette to guests.
• Welcome guests with a friendly and sincere demeanor.
• Assist with guest check-in/out, invoicing, and billing.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure personalized guest experiences.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on local attractions.
• Handle wake-up calls and guest requests with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate guest account records and assist with reservations.
