Félix is seeking a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution of the compliance roadmap in a remote fintech setting. You will translate priorities into concrete, trackable projects, collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Product, and external partners to accelerate compliant initiatives.
You’ll maintain visibility over workstreams, surface blockers, and ensure on-time delivery within regulatory guardrails.
Formación
- 3–5 years in Compliance, Trust & Safety, or Regulatory related environment with leadership experience.
- Strong AML/KYC understanding and document verification in high-volume environments.
- Experience in fintech or regtech settings with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Drive end-to-end compliance projects from scoping to post-launch monitoring.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Legal, Product, and external partners to meet regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a live project tracker and surface blockers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Own execution fidelity and cross-functional alignment while ensuring regulatory guardrails.
- Translate strategic priorities into concrete, trackable projects and maintain visibility for senior stakeholders.
