Félix is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager to own its treasury function end-to-end, funding trading, settlement, and operations across fiat and digital currencies. You will build and optimize banking relationships, drive internal controls, and shape treasury policy with a hands-on, autonomous approach.

Formación

• 6–9 years of progressive treasury experience in fintech/payments.
• Hands-on in multi-currency treasury operations across entities/corridors.
• Experience structuring credit facilities including lender reporting and covenants.
• Ability to design treasury policies and internal controls from scratch.
• Strong ownership mindset and experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Own daily cash positioning across currencies and entities.
• Build and maintain liquidity forecasts and funding across corridors.
• Optimize cash deployment and reserve management; manage settlement with rails.
• Manage and deepen banking relationships in the US and beyond.
• Oversee lender reporting, covenant tracking, and debt facility administration.
• Design SOPs and controls to support scaling and regulatory exams.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FX, and Compliance on treasury documentation and reconciliations.
• Plan and hire a Treasury Analyst as the team grows.
