Félix is building a fintech platform that serves Latin immigrant communities with remittance solutions. We are seeking a senior software engineer to shape the core architecture of our Fintech Platform within the Consumer Lending team, focusing on secure, high-performance backend systems.

You will design scalable microservices, leverage Google Cloud, Kubernetes, and modern APIs to support payments, disbursements, and compliance workflows, while mentoring peers and driving continuous improvement.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fintech or similar environments.
• Fluent or advanced English.
• Experience designing and implementing web services and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of security, KYC/AML, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices for the Consumer Lending team.
• Design and manage infrastructure to handle millions of daily requests securely.
• Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and other units.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the team.
