Félix is hiring a Compliance Operations Analyst based in Mexico to serve as the first line of defense in our remittance-focused fintech. You will bridge regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and user experience, handling high-risk monitoring, KYC reviews, and sanctions screening with an emphasis on fast, compliant service for U.S./Latin immigrant users.

• 1–2 years in Compliance, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or AML Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accurate documentation of interactions and escalate complex issues to Risk, Governance, and Compliance.
• Perform KYC onboarding verification and document authenticity; resolve mismatches.
• Monitor cross-border remittance transactions for suspicious activity and sanctions hits.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence on high-risk customers or large transactions.
• Investigate and request Source of Funds documentation; assess business purpose.
