Félix is seeking a seasoned Software Engineer to shape the core architecture of its fintech platform. You will work across Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads to build secure, high-performance backend services and scale critical microservices.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and compliance teams, and help drive secure, compliant financial systems while embracing a learning-first culture. The role is fully remote for now, with a future hybrid plan.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Fintech/payments domain experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver fintech solutions.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of the platform.
