CEVA Freight Management Mexico S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Compensation and Benefits professional based in Mexico City to lead country-specific benefits programs, conduct research, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will participate in salary surveys, audits, and merit processes while collaborating with vendors to optimise costs and align policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, vendor negotiation, and the ability to support HR Partners with benefits delivery across the

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of Benefits and Insurance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR practices.
• Understanding of applicable laws governing compensation and benefits.
• Advanced expertise in compensation, benefits, payroll, and financial data analysis (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct country-specific benefits research and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Produce complex reports and administrative summaries for compensation and benefits programs.
• Support salary surveys, bonus audits, and merit increase processes.
• Negotiate with benefits vendors to optimise costs and value.
• Synchronise employee data with external benefits providers for eligibility and policy alignment.
• Provide training and support to HR Business Partners on benefits delivery.
• Develop, review, and update country-specific benefits policies.
• Manage accruals for incentive programs and assist with related inquiries.
• Oversee company car assignments, allowances, fuel benefits, and fleet data.
