Flex is seeking a Commodity Analyst, Indirect Procurement, located in Guadalajara, Campus. You will review terms, onboard suppliers, and coordinate with multiple control functions to drive world-class procurement.

The role involves leading cross-functional projects, optimizing spend and savings, and delivering comprehensive procurement reports for decision making. Ideal candidates have BA/BS or equivalent experience, strong English, and proven experience with large-scale global projects in

Responsabilidades

• Review commercial terms before supplier onboarding, contract approval, or purchase order placement.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, EHS, IT Security, Privacy, Trade, Risk Management, and other control functions when required.
• Develop and execute strategies that enable the world-class Procurement CoE function.
• Implementation of projects that drive continuous improvement of our procurement processes & tools, incorporating best practices identified through external benchmarking.
• Support KPI target setting by providing internal and external benchmark.
• Develop a comprehensive set of Procurement operational reports to optimize center and site business decision making regarding spend management, savings delivery and cash flow.
• Execution of a consistent global procurement performance model that accurately defines and measures procurement effectiveness, savings, synergies, and other performance and compliance results.
