Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico, seeks a Sr Manager, Finance to lead controllership and financial partnering for Component Services. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will own planning, closing, reporting, and compliance while guiding shared-service teams. Strong English, ERP expertise, and CPA/MBA credentials are preferred. This role offers exposure to multinational operations and strategic decision support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, CA, MBA or equivalent finance certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in Finance, FP&A, Controllership, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Commercial Finance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities.
• Own P&L, balance sheet, working capital, inventory, and cash performance.
• Provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Commercial teams to drive performance.
• Review and approve business cases, commercial proposals and investment decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and reporting.
• Manage and direct GBS teams supporting AP, AR, reconciliations, master data, and reporting.
• Coach and develop finance talent and foster high performance.
