You will work under the Purchasing Manager Direct to review requisitions, negotiate with suppliers, and manage orders from placement to delivery, ensuring alignment with inventory and production needs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review requisitions and MRP output.
• Interface with suppliers to obtain pricing, availability and delivery schedules.
• Execute direct purchases and manage order reschedules/cancellations.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement records.
• Approve invoices for payment and expedite deliveries as needed.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Buyer Direct** located in **Juarez Sur**Reporting to the **Purchasing Manager Direct** the **Buyer Direct’s** role involves:**What a typical day looks like:*** Reviews requisitions and MRP output.* Confers with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.* Determines method of procurement such as direct purchase.* Orders, reschedules and cancellations based on requisitions and MRP output.* Maintains procurement records such as items or services purchased, costs, delivery and inventories.* Manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.* Approves invoices for payment.* Expedite delivery of goods to users.* Analyzes inventory levels. Prepares liability reports for excess and obsolete management.* May gather quotations, examine bids, negotiate contracts and make awards.* May plan, schedule and monitor the movement of materials through the production cycle.* Experience in Electronic Industry (desirable)**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Advanced English.* Typically requires a bachelor’s degree* Experience in purchasing area.* Interfaces with suppliers and customers to secure both delivery and the best market price.* Makes tactical buying decisions.
