Flex is seeking a Purchasing Direct Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus to oversee procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment and coordinate procurement staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, mid-level direct procurement experience, intermediate-to-advanced English, BAAN ERP experience, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include PO placement, expediting, pushouts/cancellations, KPI monitoring and inventory management.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business or Engineering).
• Mid-level experience in direct procurement.
• Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
• Proficient in Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• ERP experience (BAAN preferred).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Diligent follow-up.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
